Launch of Wateen DPD

Wateen is going to launch DPD for all prepaid account holders.

What is Wateen DPD?

DPD means Day pass Due. It’s a new customer account life cycle in which 15 days grace period will be given to customer for account recharge after their bill date.

What would happen with Wateen DPD activity:

For example, Customer has bill date 21st and he/she does not recharge his account on 21st then customer will be able to use internet for next 15 days after 21st   having negative balance, Same is the case for bill dates 1st and 11th.  During grace period internet speed of the customer account will be reduced and pop up window will be displayed to customer during grace period until customer recharge the account and bring the balance into positive state.

If it works that's great. Because sometimes customers end up with disabled internet on public holidays and at midnight when shops are closed. This will save the day. Thanks.

Now please reduce the mammoth charges for mere 1MB to bring Pakistan up in the list of price/MB ratio.
