· Log on to http://www.prepaid.wateen.net
· On main page, towards bottom right click on option of Refill account.
· In the new window that appears, enter your pre-paid card scratch number.
· You will get a message “Your card is redeemed successfully”.
· Alternatively you can also recharge your account from Wateen Selfcare Portal.
Some Useful Tips:
a) Always ensure that your profile information is up to date including your billing address, service address and contact numbers. You can verify your profile information via self-care portal.
b) In case of service related issue, you can always log a complaint via self-care portal. Maximum turnaround time for response via self-care portal is 24 hours.
c) Data usage above your assigned monthly data cap is charged at Rs 25 per 100MB.
