If you remember previous coverage on the N9, you’ll know that it’s a 1.2GHz smartphone with more than a whiff of MacBook Air about its aesthetic. The handset will be the first to run on Nokia and Intel’s MeeGoo platform, the new OS designed to bring the ailing Nokia out of its Symbian doldrums and back in the running with its rivals.
The N9 will also sport the superb 12-Megapixel camera found on the N8 and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard with isolated keys. Could this be the phone to turn Nokia’s smatphone business round?
New Nokia N9 has the specs including camera resolution of 12-megapixels, 4000x3000 pixels, Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus, Xenon flash. Nokia N9 will record video in the frame rate of 25fps and additional LED video light. This phone has 16M colors display, super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, scratch resistant surface, touch sensitive controls, proximity sensor for auto turn-off.
The phone has expendable memory up to 32 GB. It has features including, Document viewer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF), TV-out (720p video) via HDMI and composite, Digital compass, Dolby Digital Plus via HDMI- Anodized aluminum casing, Voice command/dial, Video/photo editor, Flash Lite v4.0, etc.
