If at least seventy five percent of the original is intact a replacement can be claimed under Taiwanese law. She indicated of the hundreds of cases given to her so far it was her toughest assignment yet.
The BBC reports: “She said she located the Chinese character “guo”, or country, on each note, and then worked outwards.” “I was so happy whenever I was able to put a piece into its right place,” she stated.
