Wateen Prepaid Line Rent Deduction

Wateen Telecom has changed its policy regarding line rent deduction previous Wateen was charging line rent for every month whether customer use service (internet) or not. But right now this is not the case wateen has waived off all previous charges.

Wateen New Student Package Launched (7 Cities)

Wateen has launched USF Package in 7 cities now. It was first launched on 28th of January 2010 in Sargodha only but now wateen is offering USF Package in below mentioned 7 cities:

· Sahiwal

Wateen Negative Balance Waiver Offer

Wateen has waived off all negative balance of the customers .Now if any account balance is in negative for more than one month line rent then it will be auto adjusted to one month line rent after 2 days of his billing date. e.g. if customer account billing date is 8th then his account balance will be shown with one month line rent on 10th.

Get Rs. 1000 against Wateen Device (CPE Recovery Activity)

If you are Wateen user you may know that Wateen is running out of stock for its devices because it has exceed its sale limit, Wateen is growing like never before it has a lot of attraction in market now. Since wateen is out of stock for its devices thats why it is offering Rs. 1000 to those customers whose devices are not registered in Wateen System. Such customers may have 1 or more than 1 devices, which they like to return.

Wateen City to City Address Change (MAC Based Authentication)

Wateen is now offering city to city address change facility to it's Wateen customers which was not possible before MAC Based Authentication. Wateen is offering this option because a lot of customers are using their devices in other citied too. So if you are interested to change your address from one city to another consider below points:

2. They will ask you to email the scan copy of address verification document such as a utility bill clearly showing the address where you are using the services and your name.
